I once wanted to be a commercial artist.

Life happened and my plans changed, but I feel blessed to have found other great outlets to express my creative side.

{What inspired you to start your shop?}

My friend, Melissa from the blog A Familiar Path, sewed me a camera strap slip cover last February and it made me wonder if I could do that. I dusted off my sewing machine and haven't put it away since. It's a love affair, I tell ya.

{Where do you find inspiration?}

Fabric. It speaks to me. I see visions of sugar plums dancing in my head. Er . . . I mean visions of designs. ;D

{What is your idea of a romantic date?}

Take-out. Roaring fire. Wine. Kisses. Maybe a movie. Or not. *wink*

{What is your favorite thing about February?}

I admit I'm a total sucker for Valentine's Day. My children get excited about it, too. It makes me giggle to see their excited over chocolates, cards and whatnots.
