Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes

{Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe}

1. Slice half an apple into small chunks as seen above. Sautee the apple chunks with a dollop of olive oil and a splash of cinnamon until warm, tender, and browned.
2. Slice the other half of the apple into small slivers and add these to your pancake mix along with a little cinnamon.

3. Make your pancakes as directed on the box.

4. Place the sauteed apple and cinnamon mix on top of your cooked pancakes.

5. Smother in real maple syrup.
6. ENJOY!
