This is one of my favorite pictures of 2 of my best friends from Stephens College. Don't we look happy? I made some of greatest friends in college. I make some of the best friends everywhere I go, to be honest. I am just lucky to have crossed paths with so many amazing people. I'm pictured here with Nevada (left) and Hayley (right.) I think we all look so cute in this picture. We really loved each other and always had the best time together. There were several of us that kind of stuck together in college, I'm sure pictures of them will pop up in this series at a later date (you know who you girls are!)
Anyway, we were getting ready to go to a graffiti party where you wear white t-shirts and bring sharpies and everyone you meet signs your shirt. Yeah, its one of those silly sorority parties with strange themes but it was fun nonetheless. I'm wearing a white t-shirt (mandatory for a graffiti party), jeans, black slingbacks, and a wide sparkly belt. I'm pretty sure someone stepped on my toe at this party and ruined those black slingbacks...or they were already ruined and that is why I chose to wear them to a sorority party. I can't remember. But sometime in the course of my college days those shoes got ruined. I kinda miss those shoes. They were super comfy and had a low heel but still looked dressy and gave me some height. (Why am I always friends with those tall gorgeous girls?) I also love that wide sparkly belt. I wonder what happened to that! I'd love to wear that today! And notice the LONG dark brown hair. I kind of miss my long hair. AND I'm super tan (bad Ashley!)
Those were some good days. I really love this picture. I loved living next to these girls, we had some fun times! Love you ladies!

I went to that same theme party when I was in a sorority in college. What sorority were you in? I loved those college days...and still have so much fun with those girls. I just went out to dinner with my lil sis last night :)
Aah, college. I grew up in SoCal so whenever I see pics of myself from that time, I'm always amazed at how tan I was. When I look in the mirror though, I can definitely see the price I paid for that glow :(
I was only in a sorority for a year (I then moved back home for a year) and I miss fun times like that!

Aw I miss those days. What sorority were you in? I went to school in SoCal so sororities aren't as big but I am so glad I was in one. Some of my best friends I met though mine :)
