30 for 30 - Outfit #8

My Christmas Day outfit!! Eric and I had a very busy day between the Christmas celebrations for both of our families. The day began bright and early opening presents at my parent's house. We always open presents in our PJs and every year Santa brings us new fabulous jammies to wear! After presents we had the most delicious breakfast prepared by Chef Dad! He is such an amazing cook. Then I changed into this lovely number. A brown skirt that is part of a suit, but I ditched the jacket and just wore this beautiful J. Crew t-shirt with beaded rosettes on the shoulder. This is one of my favorite t-shirts. It can be both dressy or casual depending on what you pair it with. I accessorized with simple brown tights and brown ballet flats (have you noticed that I love my flats?!) I also wore a mauve colored necklace and earrings that perfectly complimented the peach color of the t-shirt. I loved my Christmas Day outfit. Do you dress up for Christmas celebrations or do you keep it casual?

love the outfit! (haha, noticed you do love your flats before you mentioned it!)

also, i only dress up for dinner or mass, if I go. Husband and I don't get dressed all day, just usually stay in or bed clothes and laze around!

ps. I LOVE your new blog design!!

We always start the day in our PJs too! We spend most of the day lounging around (after my chef dad cooks breakfast for us), playing with our new gifts, reading new books we've gotten and watching movies. :)

We only change into nice clothes for dinner, usually around 4 pm and I usually end up wearing something new that I've gotten for Christmas!

Cute outfit. Good luck with the 30 for 30 challenge. Looks like your doing well so far. Look forward to seeing more outfits. I am starting my blog back up this week after a little break so nip on over when you get a chance.

Your outfit is really cute! My family dresses up for Christmas, too. Isn't it fun?! I look forward to it all year. You can see it on my Christmas post! I admire that you did 30x30 over the holidays! I couldn't do it. I will probably start next week after my last online shopping orders come in the mail. ;)
