This outfit is so simple but so elegant! I'm not sure if it is really one of my favorite outfits or if I just ADORE the pictures my husband took! We were visiting my parents this morning so we stopped by the state capitol to take these photos. Eric did such a wonderful job! I'm wearing a black dress under a peach cardigan with beaded detailing around the neck. I paired it with my winter white booties and black tights. I accessorized with a simple strand of pearls double looped. I got a ton of compliments on these boots from Eric's cousins. They were such a great find (and from Payless!) I love taking photos in these cool places, but time doesn't always allow. So most of them are still being taken at home.

Payless can definitely be a treasure trove! And goodness, those photos look professional! Seriously! Love the pictures in front of the Capitol (Capital?) building! I believe you said you did this challenge back in December, did you by any chance take pictures at the columns at Mizzou or downtown Columbia? Those are one of the things I miss most about CoMo... love the story behind them!
