Ashley Dost, designer extraodinaire!
Ashley Dost, the designer for Ashley's wedding dress, was just named 2007 Emerging Designer of the Year at the Round Bobbin Expo held in St. Charles. Designers from 20 states and 65 colleges come to show their work at this prestigious show. Ashley Steffes modeled Ashley Dost's coat and dress combination.

Wedding Service Planning
Wow, there is a lot to do for the actual wedding service itself, isn't there??? Mom, Dad, Eric and I drove to Kansas City for a little fun and shopping. Kansas City is approximately three hours from us. All the way there and all the way back we reviewed music, scriptures, poems, readings, and vows. There was so much to think about.
When we got home, Mom and I wrote it up as a program so we wouldn't forget what we had decided. We go back to the priest to show him what we have picked out and to discuss the scriptures we chose and why they were chosen.
We are also trying to decide a format for the program... look at these unique ones I found. I like these but want to incorporate information about the wedding so that everyone gets to know us and our wedding party. My program almost looks like a book!
